Father Carl J. Arico

Fr. Carl J. Arico is a priest with the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark, New Jersey, and a founding member of Contemplative Outreach, Ltd. He has been active in the Centering Prayer movement since 1975, providing leadership, teaching, and spiritual guidance. He is also the author of A Taste of Silence, a practical guide to the basics and practice of Centering Prayer that offers spiritual tools for deepening one’s prayer life.
