Society of St. Lydia

The Society of St. Lydia hosts a weekend retreat for women at Our Lady of Atonement Retreat House.

The weekend includes Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast, a private room, and access to all the chapels and shrines on the Holy Mountain.

Guests should bring bath towels and all toiletries.

This Sister’s Gift Shop is just outside the retreat house.

Up on the top of the mountain in the Pius X building there is a Bookstore on the 4th floor and an art exhibit on the 3rd floor.

The Labyrinth Prayer Walk is next to Our Lady of Atonement Chapel.

Check-in: After lunch Friday | Check-out: Noon Sunday.
Meals: Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast; served promptly at 8 AM, 12 PM, and 5 PM.

Mass: Sunday at 9 AM (St. Francis Convent) and 11 AM (Our Lady of Atonement Chapel, top of the mountain)
Chapel use: Contact Sister Helen at 845-424-3625 to use St. John’s Chapel next to Our Lady of Atonement Retreat House.

Assistance: Call Security at 845-803-6068; emergencies call 911.
Wi-Fi: Sisters!234 | Whiteboard available (no tech screen).
Amenities: Refrigerator in the kitchenette off the Large Meeting Room.
What to bring: Towels and toiletries (sheets provided).
Notes: Keep room keys in door locks.

On Departure: Laundry is collected in bags and left at the drop-off point on the lower level. Rooms are cleared, and all trash is brought to the dumpster. Lights, fans, etc., turned off and doors locked.
