Presentation: The Original Image of Divine Mercy
March 8, 2026
Daniel DiSilva will give a free talk and presentation in Our Lady of Atonement Chapel on Sunday, March 8, after the 11 AM Mass.
Daniel DiSilva is the founding director of The Original Divine Mercy Institute and is renowned internationally as the leading expert on Saint Faustina’s Original Image of Divine Mercy. He has addressed audiences of millions worldwide in several languages and has been invited to present his findings to bishops, cardinals, nuncios, and popes.
In 2016, he wrote and directed The Original Image of Divine Mercy, the definitive documentary unveiling the long-suppressed history of the priceless painting. DiSilva is the author of Masterpiece of Mercy, an inspiring book on the significance of the Original Image of Divine Mercy based in part on the writings of Blessed Fr. Michał Sopoćko, St. Faustina’s spiritual director. DiSilva has been named the 2025 recipient of Bialystok’s prestigious Michały Award (named for Bl. Fr. Michael Sopoćko) for his exhaustive work and research.
His work has been endorsed by Gintaras Grušas, Archbishop of Vilnius; the Vatican’s Dicastery for Evangelization; and ecclesiastical offices and individuals of note. His latest venture, Masterpiece of Mercy, is a bold theatrical piece dramatizing the creation of the Divine Mercy painting and is scheduled to premiere in Vilnius for the 6th World Apostolic Congress on Mercy.
All are welcome to attend his talk after 11 AM Mass on March 8.
