Conscious Contact: A 12 Step Retreat for People in Recovery with Mary and Ed McQuaid.
Step 11 invites us to improve our conscious contact with a Higher Power through prayer and meditation. But what does that truly look like in the ebb and flow of daily life?
Conscious Contact is a retreat for anyone in recovery who longs to deepen their spiritual practice—whether you’re just beginning or looking to rekindle a connection that’s grown distant.
Through guided meditations, contemplative practices, sharing circles, and spacious time for reflection, you’ll explore various ways to go within, seek guidance, and listen—one day at a time.
No meditation experience is needed—just a willingness to explore, a spirit of openness, and a desire to grow in conscious contact with the Power that sustains your recovery.
